I am a Notary Public. My duty is to verify the identity of the signer on a particular signing event. All signers in request of notarization must have the proper identification before any document may be completed. Notaries are not allowed to act as an attorney, and may not issue advice. I do not offer consultations on the documents. If I suspect any inappropriate or fraudulent behavior, the notary service will not be conducted.
